Please note: All of my engraving activation tools are battery operated, fully charged and I bring a back up to EVERY event to ensure there is no interruption in services! You also won’t need to provide a power source.

Event Details & Theme: Every event has its own character, and I tailor my work to reflect that. Sharing your inspiration photos, theme, and color palette with me ensures I can match the style and mood of the event. Please remember that I will not copy another artist’s style!
Logistics: To ensure everything runs smoothly, I ask for a brief overview of the event schedule, the size of the guest list, and any key moments where the activation should take center stage or when there should be a pause in the action. This helps me plan ahead and maximize guest engagement during peak times, such as cocktail hour or guest arrivals.
Final touches: Additionally, a table and chair (with a tablecloth or any other event decor you prefer) will be requested, and it would be helpful to know if an assistant will be available, if needed. Lastly, access to a power source will be essential for any "hot foiling” or embossing events.
