This greatly depends on the client experience you wish to have.
Usually I aim for about 25 first names/initials per hour.
If you are looking to ensure that the most guests receive a personalized gift, I recommend limiting to first name or initials only.
This often requires having an assistant to interact with guests, explain the activation, and take their orders.

This depends on a variety of factors.
In general, I can personalize 15-30 products per hour.
Some deciding factors:
Requested Service
Ink calligraphy is usually fastest
Engraving and debossing are often faster than foiling
Material
Engraving on glass and uncoated metal is faster than on coated metals
Products that don’t require color fill are faster than those that do
Text
The longer the text, the more time it requires
Guest Volume
If your event is a high volume event, without an event assistant to manage requests, this limits the number of products that can be personalized per hour.

Typically clients supply the products to be personalized.
If you have a product in mind and are not sure if it can be personalized, I am happy to test samples and make suggestions.

By using a variety of tools, we are able to personalize a wide range of products including, but not limited to, the products listed below:

I don’t! My engraving supplies are battery operated and for foiling and embossing, I provide a portable power source.

-Table and chair (preferably in a well lit location.)
-If you would like, you may also provide a tablecloth and event decor.

We usually recommend a second artist for any event requiring more than 25 items to be personalized per hour.
For high volume events, please consider having a staff member or brand ambassador available to help manage guest requests. (We are happy to provide a highly trained event assistant, at an additional fee, if needed.)

It usually takes me about 10-15 minutes to set up.

My setup varies based on the event, requested service, and available space, but I am happy to share photos of prior event setups. I am also happy to work with you for your specific event needs.
