Recently, I had the pleasure of joining L’Oréal Paris for their Miami Le Défilé Watch Party. The event was a beautiful celebration of women’s empowerment, style, and inclusivity.

At the Hair Bar, I spent the evening live-engraving Machette hair accessories (the grand heirloom claw, the jumbo oval barette, and the french hair pin) for the guests. There is a special kind of joy in watching someone’s face light up when they see their name or a meaningful word etched into a beautiful clip in real-time.
In a fast-paced world of distractions, live engraving offers a "moment of pause." It also turns a stylish accessory into a permanent keepsake. Whether it was the sleek french hair pin or the always-practical hair claw, each piece became a tiny canvas reflecting the guest’s individual style.
